Are your tires brand new?
Yes. All the tires that we sell are brand new.
How do I pay for my orders?
We accept cash on delivery, GCash, Instapay, Maya, Visa, Mastercard, and more.
When will I receive my orders?
You will see an estimated delivery time when ordering your tires. Orders typically ship within 3 to 4 business day after the order is placed.
Where do you deliver?
Our delivery service is only available in the following areas: Metro Manila, Cavite (Carmona, Dasmariñas, Tanza, Kawit, Imus, Bacoor, Gen. Trias, GMA, Noveleta, Rosario), Laguna (Cabuyao, Sta. Rosa, San Pedro, Biñan, Calamba), Bulacan (Meycauayan, Marilao, Obando, Malolos, Bocaue, Sta. Maria)
Are there any delivery fees?
Delivery is free of charge within Metro Manila. Bulacan, Laguna, and Cavite requires a minimum purchase amount of P100,000.00 for free shipping.
Will I be provided with a sales invoice?
Yes, our office will provide you with a sales invoice upon delivery of your tires.
What is your return policy?
Only unused tires that have not been installed, mounted, or driven on are eligible for return.
How do I start a warranty claim?
To start a claim for a warranty on your tires, you will need to fill out our form. Depending on what is wrong with the tire will determine what documents will be required. Please do not discard the tire as it will need to be sent back as part of the process.
TruckTiresManila.ph extends the manufacturer’s warranty coverage to the customer. This warranty provides quality assurance of the manufacturer’s product and allows for repair or replacement of the product due to defects from materials or workmanship. Conditions out of the manufacturer’s control are not covered. This includes but is not limited to: irregular wear caused by a lack of maintenance or the vehicle, damage from accidents, improper inflation, incorrect application of tires, improperly storing your tires, or tires that are non-adjustable.
